60 Min Session (Individual)

A slower, more supportive pace—perfect for beginners or those with mobility limitations. This longer session gives you time to move without rushing, with a full warm-up, guided exercises, and cool-down. Build strength, improve balance, and stay flexible—safely and comfortably.
Couples Rates

This session is perfect for couples with similar goals, mobility levels, and training preferences. Whether you're working on strength, balance, or endurance, we'll tailor a program you can enjoy as a team while pushing each other to improve.
